Priority Statement

 

In an effort to ensure that students will demonstrate a 5% increase on the June 2021 Integrated Algebra Regents compared to June 2019 we will build the capacity of our Teachers of Mathematics to design in person and remote coherent instruction that addresses the literacy and mathematic needs of all Cohort Z African-American Multiple Language Learner male students.

 

Desired Accomplishment

 

Students across all subgroups within Cohort Z will be recruited *and reminded to take the two term June 2021 Integrated Algebra Regents to demonstrate college career readiness. Our students will possess the literacy, mathematical, digital and critical thinking skills to pass the Regents with at least a grade of 80% to demonstrate College Career Readiness.

 

Priority/Instructional Focus

 

All teachers will design and implement via digital platforms rigorous cognitively engaging differentiated instructional tasks in all remote classes in order for all students to meet and exceed the specific New York State, Common Core Learning Standards and Next Generation Learning Standards
