You’re not alone! Below are answers to some of the most common questions from students and parents.

Do clinical rotations only happen in 12th grade?

Do my shoes need to be all white?

Does my stethoscope have to be black? Do I need to buy a blood pressure monitor?

Do I have to purchase both the drug test and the compliance tracker? Can I use any drug testing site?

When did passing the Regents become a requirement for the program?

Passing specific Regents exams has always been a requirement.
Students must be on track to graduate from high school to be eligible. This is our top priority.

Specifically, you must pass the U.S. History Regents to continue in the program by September. While Chemistry Regents is not required for graduation, U.S. History is. That’s why we wait until summer school ends and all transcripts are finalized before making final admissions decisions.

Some students enter the program already having passed their Regents exams—a great advantage. But even if you haven’t, stay positive and focus on giving it your best!

Can I wear an Apple Watch or other smart watch for clinicals?
